A package marked ‘earrings” is all it took to create a little excitement in our house. Aside from our name and street address the only other writing in English on the package referred to the North Gate of Shenzhen. My wife ordered jewelry? That was the first oddity as that is not her modus operandi. Did I order jewelry for her? This was also a possibility and took a moment of reflection to confirm that, in fact, I did not. But now I should because someone has sent her jewelry and it wasn’t me so I need to step up my game.
Rather than a package of earrings it turned out to be a pack of seeds. We discussed and debated for a brief period and decided to return the package to the USPS, them telling us they would return It to the Atlanta hub. We talked about it with friends as an oddity in these days of odd goings on. One of them forwarding this article written by Inyoung Choi with Yahoo’s Business Insider https://www.yahoo.com/news/people-us-receiving-packages-jewelry-200629082.html Returning home from returning the package to the USPS I reviewed our Amazon orders. In early spring we were all about ordering veggie seeds for a garden to feed ourselves with the onset of the apocalypse and flowers and plants for our landscape, to have something pretty to look at during the apocalypse. Most arrived in well-marked packages though a bit behind scheduled delivery dates. Some of ourAmazon packages have shown up though still being tracked as arriving late or missing on the app. Anyhoo. The only seeds we had not received were the Civilys Seeds, a colorful fescue of ornamental grass. I am waiting for Inyoung to confirm if any of the other folks reporting strange Chineses seeds arriving at their home happened to order these or anything from this seller. The simple answer would be appreciated though a 1 household at a time agriculture war fits the purview of The Chinese long game. We have an opportunity to plant the seeds of fear or an obligation to root out the truth and foster its growth. Either way, I’m on the hook for something shiny for my wife. Truth.

The #CoalPresident has found a website he thinks is really great. As part of the “Find Something New’ campaign the administration has created a hub for folks to pivot careers. I am a novice at remember political things but...I believe Donald J, just culturally appropriated an idea from the previous administration. The 8 years prior to this previous presidential treachery was urging Americans to create a new path for themselves and there have been numerous stories of coal towns not taking advantage of government programs.
Now, in this culture, this prez deems it appropriate to ask people to pivot and his website’s first picture is of a guy standing in a solar panel field. What will it take for everyone in the known world to agree this administration has it’s head so far up it’s ass their Goya bean gas can’t get out. In the meantime I will be utilizing the tools on Find Something New and so should you. |
